Four months ago, images from the Google Phone app were released that showed a new and evolved look from the Favorites tab. The feedback was that the changes in this part have been welcomed by the users and now, after four months, it is time for the users to officially experience the presence in this new environment.
According to Android Police, the latest Google Phone app update is slowly being released for app users, including changes to the new look and three columns of the Favorites section.
The design of the Favorites section is now evolving and displaying users in three separate columns. Also in this section, a blue pop-up window will appear to teach users how to use this new environment. For example, you can now switch between calling and texting by holding your finger on the icon of each contact.
But another change in the Favorites section is the dark mode. By scrolling in this section, the audience that Google has identified with artificial intelligence that you interact with the most will be listed in a list called Frequents. In this case, you can have easier access to them.
